Ida is found in the 1880 Illinois census, Knox Co., Ontario township. She is age 25. She is at home with her parents, the name of Slauson is not listed.
Her mother died at the home of Ida and her husband in Beaver City and services were held there. She moved to Stuart, IA with her second husband in 1882 and then to Liberty in 1883. In 1893, they moved to Beaver City but they are buried in Liberty.
