BIRTH: No Elizabeth Parrott born in 1870 in Hertfordshire registered in Hemel. A possible match is an Elizabeth Susan Parrot born in 1Q1868 in Edmonton, but this is some distance from Flamstead. An Elizabeth Parrott is born in 1875, but this does not tie up with the census records which would be five years out - unless the five year rounding was done on her age.
