b. Jan. 23, 1877 at Hartwick, N.Y., married Henrietta M. daughter of Rev.

Jacob. L. and Emily B. Williams, on Jan. 1, 1903. He was educated in the

schools of Penna. and New York State, studied law with, and became a partner

of John D. Miller of Susquehanna, Pa., later practiced alone, practicing in

State and U.S. Courts, at present is specializing in real estate title

examinations. He has served as Town Auditor and Postmaster of Harmony, Pa.,

Justice of the Peace, Treasurer and President of the Board of Education of

the Borough of Lanesboro, Pa. also Attorney for the Boroughs of Lanesboro,

Susquehanna, Oakland and Harmony. Living in Little Valley, N.Y.
